OH Savannah!

I took my Maxi Styles to Savannah, GA

I really wanted to travel to FL Keys during our mini vacation, but the weather forecast was not in my favor.  Scattered thunderstorm warnings all over South Florida for last weekend deterred my plans. We set out for Savannah, instead where sunny skies highlighted the forecast map. The weather was exactly as planned.

Bye Florida for now! As we exited the I295 Beltway, we were Georgia bound and all smiles.  We left the clouds behind. 
The drive to Savannah was quiet and smooth.

After confirming our check-in, we were eager to leave our riverfront hotel room and explore.
It was evening so I pulled my hair up and went for a tropical strapless maxi style. 

The Savannah Sun was so sweet to my skin. The breeze off the river was so cool. We could not have asked for a more beautiful evening down by the riverside.

Our Saturday plans included lots of walking - starting with downtown and exploring most of the streets one-by-one. I did not want to miss anything. There was so much to see.

Sunday came so quickly.  I got up early to go for a swim, then checkout was at 11am. 

This weekend excursion was fun and relaxing. The coolest thing is that all of the clothing in this blog post was less than $100 total. All the dresses were from www.bestyoubyhts.com.
